Finished product is made by contract manufacturers under quality-managed systems in facilities in the United States and Taiwan. Our leverage is the release program. Our quality team, Nichole and Torie, are former QA managers and analytical lab directors.
The peptide
Built one bead at a time, cut loose, then cleaned.
- Built one bead at a time. The chain grows on a tiny bead, one link per step. A bad link washes out instead of being built in.
- Cut free with the cutting acid. It is a tool, not an ingredient, which is exactly why we measure that none is left.
- Cleaned. The full-length chains are sorted from the short ones.

Solid-phase synthesis, one residue per coupling cycle; cleavage with TFA; preparative HPLC purification; the assay sets net peptide content against the label.
The vial
Filtered so germs cannot pass, filled in super-clean air, frozen dry, sealed before ordinary air gets back in.

Dissolved in sterile, highly purified water in a closed vessel; sterile-filtered through a 0.22-micron filter; filled in ISO 5 air (no more than 3,520 half-micron particles per cubic metre); freeze-dried under vacuum; stoppered and crimped before air returns; every vial inspected; seal integrity tested. The maker checks the raw peptide when it arrives, before making it into vials.
Every step has a test that would catch it if it went wrong.

Sterility at two labs (USP <71> and ScanRDI); container closure by dye ingress (USP <1207>); residual solvents by GC-MS (USP <467>) and TFA by ion chromatography (USP <503.1>); solubility and HPLC assay. Several steps share a check and several checks watch one step.

We buy the raw peptide from makers we have checked, and we test every batch the same way no matter where it came from.

Raw ingredients we acquire from API manufacturers, and finished products from established labs that conform to cGMP-aligned quality systems. Every supplier is judged on its compliance record, audit history and analytical data. All products, regardless of origin, are held to the same quality standards.
What is in the vial besides the peptide
A little helper powder keeps the peptide steady and lets it dissolve when you add water.
- Helpers. The inactive ingredients that let the powder freeze-dry into a proper cake, resist clumping, and dissolve clear. The exact recipe is ours.
- Salt form. Sold as the acetate. The cutting acid is measured, not assumed away.
- Forms. Freeze-dried powder in a glass vial, capsules, and solutions, each with its own certificate.
A new product takes months.
