Since August 2026 every new lab clears these five checks before we rely on any of its reports. USP is the public rulebook of standard test methods; GMP and GLP are the rules for making things and running tests with records; accreditation only for food or cannabis does not count.
Next to every test is the name of the lab that did it.
Nothing is "validated between labs". Each row says who.

On 3 in 4 batches two labs are involved: one for chemistry, one for the fast germ count. Verification by phone or email is Vanguard's; the other labs confirm a report on request.
The number on your vial should match the number on the report.
If it does, that report is about your vial.

Some Vanguard reports are also on the lab's own site (Verify online). Vanguard is behind on uploading, so a newer batch may not be online yet; the lab will check any report by phone or email.
If two labs say different things
The worse answer wins, and a third lab breaks the tie.

The worse measured result governs; a lab that prints only a threshold supports a result but never overrides a measured one. Our quality team decides on the one case. A batch with an open question does not go on sale.

Why does the full panel check 9 vials for germs?
- Five go to Vanguard for the two-week growth test. Four go to Eagle for the fast count.
- We have seen batches where some vials failed and others passed. One clean vial does not prove a clean batch.
