Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

In plain English

  • These are the rules for using peptidology.co and for every order you place with us.
  • Each section starts with a short summary like this one. The summary is a guide; the binding text under it is the agreement.
  • Our Return Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms. If a page and these Terms ever disagree, these Terms win.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Nine of One LLC, doing business as Peptidology (“Peptidology”, “we”, “us”), 11111 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 205, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, USA, [email protected]. They govern your use of peptidology.co (the “Site”), your account, and every order you place with us. At checkout the Site may call them “terms and conditions”; it means this document.

Our Return Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms. If either of them conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and keep your information and applies alongside these Terms.

Each section begins with a plain-English summary. The summaries are there to help you read; they are not the agreement. The binding text that follows each summary is the agreement, and it governs if the two differ.

2. Who can use the Site and buy

In plain English

  • You must be at least 21.
  • You buy as a qualified researcher, for laboratory research, and you need an account to order.
  • We deliver inside the United States, including Puerto Rico.
  • Keep your account details accurate and your password private.
  • We may ask you to confirm your age or your research setting, and we may say no to an order.

To use the Site or buy from us you must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher purchasing for laboratory research. By creating an account, signing in, or placing an order you confirm both, and you confirm that the information you give us — including your name, contact details, delivery address, and what you tell us about your research setting — is true and current.

You need an account to place an order. You are responsible for everything done through your account; keep your password private and tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. One person may not use another person’s account to buy.

We sell and deliver only to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders for delivery anywhere else, and you may not have products forwarded or exported outside the United States.

We may ask you at any time to confirm your age, your identity, or your research setting before we accept or ship an order. We may limit some products to accounts that meet criteria we set. We may refuse an order, cancel it before shipment, or close an account when we believe these Terms are not being met.

3. Research use only

In plain English

  • Everything we sell is for laboratory research.
  • You will not give any product to a person or an animal, in any form, and you will not use it to diagnose or treat anything.
  • You will not resell or export our products.
  • We do not give advice about using any product in people or animals, and nothing on the Site is such advice.
  • If you tell us you plan to use a product in a person or animal, we will refuse your order and may close your account.

For research use only. Not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. We do not work with patients.

Every compound vial and capsule we sell is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Lab supplies and solvents carry the same restriction: Sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human use.

By ordering you agree that you will:
(a) use the products only in a laboratory or research setting, handled by people trained to handle research chemicals, with suitable protective equipment;
(b) not administer, apply, inject, ingest or otherwise introduce any product into any human being or animal, and not add any product to any food, drink, drug, cosmetic or household item;
(c) not use any product to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, in any clinical use, or in any trial involving people;
(d) comply with every law, regulation and institutional rule that applies to your possession, handling, storage, use and disposal of the products, and hold any licence or permit that your use requires;
(e) not resell, transfer or redistribute the products, unless we have agreed to that in writing; and
(f) not export the products or cause them to be exported.

We do not give advice about any use of a product in a person or an animal, and nothing on the Site, in a certificate, in an email, or in a message from our team is such advice or a recommendation for such a use. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not approved as drugs, supplements, cosmetics or foods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you tell us, or we have good reason to believe, that you intend to use a product other than as this section allows, we will refuse or cancel your order and may close your account. We may also answer any lawful request from a regulator or law-enforcement body with the records we hold, as our Privacy Policy describes.

4. Orders and payment

In plain English

  • Your order is accepted when we ship it. The confirmation email means we received it.
  • We may cancel an order before shipping, in whole or in part, for example if we cannot verify payment, if the price was a mistake or a discount, offer or store credit was applied in error, or if an offer, code, store credit, return or the Site is being abused on purpose. If you have paid, we refund what you paid for the cancelled order or items to the original form of payment.
  • Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax; the checkout adds any tax that applies.
  • Pay by any of the methods offered at checkout; the checkout shows what is available for your order.
  • An order paid by a method that must reach us before we ship, such as a bank payment, waits until the money arrives. If it does not arrive, we may cancel the order.
  • Some payment methods carry a discount shown as a line at checkout. It is part of your order’s price.
  • We screen orders for fraud and may hold an order while we check; we tell you if we need something from you.
  • If an order does not pass our fraud screening, we cancel it and, if you have paid, refund it in full to the original form of payment.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we ship the products; the confirmation email we send when you order confirms that we received it. Before shipment we may cancel an order, in whole or in part, if we cannot verify your payment, identity, age or research setting; if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms; if a product is out of stock; if the order reflects a pricing mistake of any kind, such as a wrong price, a discount, offer or store credit applied in error, or a price that was plainly not intended; if we believe an offer, code, store credit, return or the Site, or these Terms, is being intentionally abused; or if an order would be delivered outside the area in section 2. If we cancel an order you have paid for, in whole or in part, we refund what you paid for the cancelled order or items to the original form of payment: any store credit you used returns to your account first, and the rest goes to your original payment method.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices do not include sales tax; we add any tax the law requires at checkout, based on the delivery address. If you are tax-exempt, send us your exemption documents before you order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; the methods available for a particular order may differ, and the checkout tells you before anything is charged. By paying you confirm that the payment details are yours or that you are authorised to use them, and that the payment will be honoured. Giving us false or unauthorised payment details breaches these Terms and may be a crime.

An order paid by a method that must reach us before we ship, such as a bank payment, is held until the payment reaches us. You are responsible for sending the payment promptly and for any fee your bank charges. If the payment does not arrive within a reasonable time we may cancel the order. If your payment arrives after we have cancelled, contact us at [email protected]; we will refund the payment or, if the items are still available, reinstate the order.

A payment method may carry a discount. Where it does, the discount appears as its own line in your order total at checkout, it forms part of the price of that order, and on a partial refund it is recalculated on the items you keep (section 7). We may change or withdraw any payment-method discount for future orders at any time; a discount already applied to an order you have placed is not changed.

We screen orders for fraud and may hold an order while we check it, including by asking you to confirm your address or your order. An order that does not pass our fraud screening is cancelled and, if you have paid, refunded in full to the original form of payment, as the first paragraph of this section says. We may decline a particular card or payment method for a particular order; the checkout tells you before anything is charged. We never move an order that is waiting for a bank or similar payment to shipping before the payment has cleared.

5. Offers, discounts and store credit

In plain English

  • An offer is exactly what the checkout or the offer page says it is, when you order.
  • Offers combine only the way the checkout shows. Most offers leave out solvents, lab equipment and supplies; each offer says what it covers.
  • Store credit never expires, has no cash value, cannot be moved to another account, and is forfeited if your account is deleted.
  • You apply store credit at checkout. If you used credit on an order and we refund it, the credit comes back to your account first.
  • We can take back credit that was granted by mistake or obtained by breaking these Terms.

Promotions, discounts and codes (“offers”) are governed by the terms shown at checkout or on the offer’s own page, as they stand when you place the order. Offers combine only as the checkout shows; the checkout tells you when a combination is adjusted. Most offers exclude solvents, lab equipment and lab supplies; each offer states what it covers. A discount code is for use by the person we gave it to, unless its terms say otherwise. We may end or change an offer for future orders at any time; an offer already applied to an order you have placed is not changed. If you obtain an offer through false information, a breach of these Terms or intentional abuse of the offer, we may cancel the order, with a refund as section 4 says, or reverse the benefit.

Store credit is a balance on your account that you may apply at checkout as payment. It never expires. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold or moved to another account. If an order you paid for partly or wholly with store credit is refunded, the refund returns to your store credit first, up to the amount of credit you used, and the rest goes to your original payment method. If your account is deleted at your request, any remaining store credit is forfeited; ask us for your balance before you request deletion. We may remove credit that was granted in error or obtained through a breach of these Terms; we will tell you when we do.

If you complete one of our research feedback surveys, the invitation and the Privacy Policy describe how the survey works and what we add to your account for completing it.

6. Shipping

In plain English

  • We ship from Scottsdale, Arizona, Monday to Friday except US federal holidays; sometimes on Saturdays too.
  • Order before the cutoff shown on the product page and at checkout and your order ships the same business day, once payment and any checks have cleared.
  • Every cleared order ships within one business day. If we miss that, tell us and we refund the shipping you paid on that order.
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we make it right whether or not you added Shipping Protection: without it, after the carrier’s trace; with it, a replacement ships the same business day if you tell us before the cutoff shown at checkout, without waiting for the carrier.
  • The carrier’s delivery record counts as delivery. A package marked delivered that never reached you is looked at case by case, or replaced once per order if you added Shipping Protection. Please collect your package promptly.
  • Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. It is our own service, not insurance; the Shipping Protection page has the details.

We ship from Scottsdale, Arizona. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays; we may also ship on Saturdays. An order that has cleared payment and any checks we need to make before the cutoff shown on product pages and at checkout ships the same business day. Every order ships within one business day of clearing. Time we spend waiting for information from you, for a bank or similar payment to arrive, or for a verification you have not completed does not count toward that day. If we fail to ship a cleared order within one business day, tell us at [email protected] and we will refund the shipping charge you paid on that order, to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit.

We ship with the carriers and services offered at checkout. Delivery times shown for a service are the carrier’s estimates and are not guaranteed by us. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking where the service provides it. You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address; if a package is delayed or returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, the one-business-day promise does not apply and you bear any reshipping cost.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Even so, if a package is lost or damaged in transit, tell us promptly and we make it right whether or not you added Shipping Protection. On an order without Shipping Protection we open a trace or claim with the carrier and work it with you, and once the carrier’s trace is complete we send a replacement or refund the affected items; damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded as section 7 says. The carrier’s record of delivery to the address you gave is proof of delivery. On an order without Shipping Protection, a package the carrier has recorded as delivered that did not reach you is handled case by case; we are not responsible for a package taken after the carrier has recorded delivery, so if that is a concern where you are, choose a signature service where offered, collect from the carrier, or add Shipping Protection.

Shipping Protection is an optional service you can add to an order at checkout for the fee shown there. It is a Peptidology service, not an insurance product. On a protected order: if the package is lost or damaged in transit, we ship a replacement without waiting for the carrier’s investigation, the same business day you tell us if your report reaches us before the cutoff shown at checkout and otherwise the next business day; if the carrier records the package as delivered but it never reached you, we replace it, once per order, when you tell us within the time the Shipping Protection page states; and on request we arrange, at no charge, a signature requirement, a hold at a carrier location, a reroute or address correction after dispatch, or delivery instructions. How replacements ship and what happens if a replacement item is out of stock are set out on the Shipping Protection page as it stands when you place your order.

7. Returns and refunds

In plain English

  • Return any unopened, unused product within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 5 days of delivery and we replace it free or refund it in full, return shipping on us.
  • If the batch number on your vial does not match its published certificate, we replace it free.
  • A partial refund is what you paid minus what the items you keep would have cost under the offer that applied to your order.
  • Store credit you used comes back first; the rest goes to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving the return.

You may return a product that is unopened, unused and in its original condition with all seals intact within 60 days of the date it was delivered. Contact us first at [email protected] or through the Site so we can give you return instructions, a return reference if we need one, and the return address; then ship it back promptly. Use a trackable service; we can only refund a return we receive. Unless the return is because of our error or a defect, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded; if your order shipped free and the return is not our error, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost. A product that has been opened, used, altered or handled in a way that could affect its integrity, or that reaches us after 60 days, is not eligible; we may dispose of it or return it to you at your expense.

If we send the wrong product or your product arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 5 days of delivery, with photos if we ask. For a confirmed case we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover reasonable return shipping. Do not use or discard the item before you contact us.

Every vial ships from the batch shown on its published certificate of analysis. If the batch number on your label does not match its published certificate, we replace it free.

When we receive a return we inspect it, and if it is eligible we refund it. If you return part of an order, your refund is the difference between what you paid and what the items you keep would have cost under the offer that applied to your order; if the items you keep earned a free item or a volume price under that offer, they are priced under that offer first, which can mean a small or zero refund for returning one item from a set. Any store credit you used on the order is returned to your account first; the rest goes to your original payment method. Shipping charges and payment-method fees are not refunded unless the return is because of our error or a defect. Allow 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it. We email you when the return is received and when the refund is made.

8. Your account and ending it

In plain English

  • Keep your details current. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • You can close your account or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
  • We keep order records and your research-use confirmations for as long as the law and payment-dispute rules require; the Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
  • If you ask us to stop marketing to you, we keep the minimum needed to honour that.
  • We may suspend or close an account for breaking these Terms, for false information, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or if you tell us you intend to use a product in a person or animal.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also ask us to delete your personal information; we handle that request as the Privacy Policy describes, and we will tell you what we must keep and why. We keep order records, including the confirmations you gave about your age and research use when you ordered, for as long as tax, accounting and payment-dispute rules require, as set out in the Privacy Policy. If you ask us to stop sending marketing, we keep the minimum record needed to honour that request even after your account is deleted.

We may suspend or close your account, and refuse future orders, if you breach these Terms; if you give us false information; if you dispute a payment with your bank for an order you received; if your account is used for fraud; or if you tell us, or we have good reason to believe, that you intend to use a product other than for laboratory research. Closing an account does not affect orders already shipped, amounts you owe, or the sections of these Terms that survive (section 16).

9. How we communicate with you

In plain English

  • Order and account emails come to the address on your account; you cannot opt out of those while you have an account.
  • Marketing email and texts only with your consent; unsubscribe any time.
  • Texts: how often, how to stop, how to get help, and that your carrier’s rates may apply are all below.

We send order, account, security and legal notices by email to the address on your account and, where you have given a number for it, by text; these are not marketing and you receive them while you have an account or an open order. You agree that notices we send electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing, and that you can print or save them.

We send marketing email and texts only with your consent. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe by emailing [email protected].

SMS program terms. When you opt in to text messages from Peptidology, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related text messages at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop, reply STOP to any message, or contact us by any reasonable means including [email protected]; we will send one message confirming the stop. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. The Site and our content

In plain English

  • The Site, its text, pictures, certificates layout and code belong to us or our suppliers.
  • You may use the Site to learn about products and to order. You may link to a certificate page.
  • No scraping, bots, bulk downloads, or using our content to train AI models; no getting around the research-use gate or account checks.
  • Copyright complaints go to [email protected].

The Site and everything on it — text, images, product information, certificates as presented, design, software and trademarks — belong to Peptidology or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Site to learn about our products, verify a certificate, manage your account and place orders. You may link to a certificate page. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, bulk-download, frame or republish any part of the Site; use any automated means to access it other than public search-engine indexing; use any Site content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model; circumvent the research-use confirmation, account checks or any access control; probe, interfere with or overload the Site; or use our name or marks without our written consent. Any use outside this licence ends it.

Third-party sites we link to, including laboratory verification pages, are not ours and are governed by their own terms. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the work, the location, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief.

11. What we promise about products, and what we do not

In plain English

  • We promise three things: 60-day returns on unopened product; damaged or wrong is replaced free or refunded in full; batch-matched certificate replacement.
  • Every result we publish is that lab’s, not ours.
  • Beyond those promises, products and the Site come as they are. We make no promise about how a product performs in your experiment, and none at all about any use in a person or animal.

Our express warranties are exactly these: (1) you may return unopened product within 60 days as section 7 says; (2) a damaged or wrong item is replaced free or refunded in full; and (3) every vial ships from the batch shown on its published certificate of analysis, and we replace free any vial whose label does not match its published certificate. Certificates are issued by independent laboratories; every result we publish is that lab’s, not ours, and we present it as the laboratory reported it.

Beyond those express warranties, the products and the Site are provided as they are and as available, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim every other warranty, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We make no warranty about the results you will obtain in any experiment, about a product’s suitability for your research, or about the Site being uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranty of any kind about any use of a product in a human being or an animal; any such use is outside what we sell and entirely at the user’s own risk.

Some states do not allow some of these disclaimers; where that is so, our disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows, and any implied warranty that the law requires lasts only for the shortest period the law permits.

12. Limits on what we are responsible for

In plain English

  • Our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for any harm from using a product other than for laboratory research.
  • Some state laws give you rights we cannot limit; where they apply, they apply.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an order, a product or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order that the claim concerns, or, for a claim not tied to an order, the greater of the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose and $100. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profit or opportunity, however arising. We are not liable for any harm, injury or loss arising from any use of a product other than for laboratory research as section 3 describes, or from handling that disregards the product’s hazards. These limits apply to Peptidology and to its owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers, and to every legal theory, and they survive the end of these Terms. Where a law does not allow a limit, our liability is limited as far as that law allows.

13. Your responsibility to us

In plain English

  • If you break these Terms or misuse a product and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you cover our losses and costs.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Peptidology and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your breach of these Terms, from any use of a product that section 3 does not allow, including by anyone you gave it to, or from information you gave us that was false. We may take over the defence of any such claim at our own expense; you will cooperate and will not settle a claim that imposes any obligation on us without our written consent.

14. Disputes

In plain English

  • Talk to us first: email [email protected] with what went wrong and what would put it right, and give us 60 days.
  • If that fails, disputes are settled by binding arbitration between you and us individually, under the American Arbitration Association’s consumer rules, not in court and not as a class action. Small claims court is still open to either of us.
  • You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing us; nothing else changes if you do.
  • Arizona law applies. Anything that must go to court goes to a court in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

(a) Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, the party with the claim will send the other a written notice describing the claim and the relief sought. Send yours to [email protected] with the email address on your account; we will send ours to that address. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the claim for 60 days from the notice. Limitation periods are paused during those 60 days.

(b) Agreement to arbitrate. If the claim is not resolved, any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Peptidology arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, your account, or any product or order, including its existence, validity or scope, will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in force when the claim is filed, as modified by this section. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides every question of arbitrability except the enforceability of the class-action waiver in paragraph (d), which only a court may decide. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, and the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The arbitration takes place by document submission, video or telephone, or, if a hearing in person is needed, in Maricopa County, Arizona or the county where you live, as the rules provide. Fees are allocated under the AAA consumer fee schedule in force when the claim is filed. If the arbitrator finds a claim or defence frivolous, the arbitrator may reallocate fees as the rules allow.

(c) Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction, as long as the claim stays in that court and is not a class or representative action.

(d) Individual claims only; class and jury waiver. You and Peptidology agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative proceeding, and that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding except as paragraph (e) provides for process only. To the extent a claim is heard in court, you and Peptidology each waive the right to a jury trial where the law allows that waiver. If a court decides that the class-action waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim, that claim will be heard in court, not in arbitration, and will be paused until every individual claim has been resolved in arbitration; the rest of this section stays in force.

(e) Many similar claims. If 25 or more arbitration demands that raise similar claims are filed against Peptidology by or with the help of the same law firm or group of firms within 90 days, the AAA’s rules for mass arbitrations in force at that time apply, and in addition: the parties will each select up to 10 demands to proceed first as test cases; the remaining demands will be paused, with limitation periods tolled, until the test cases are decided; after the test cases are decided the parties will mediate the remaining demands for 60 days with a mediator the AAA appoints; and a decision in a test case binds only the parties to that case and is not a precedent for any other claimant. If this paragraph is found unenforceable, the remaining demands may be brought in court on an individual basis.

(f) Opt-out. You may opt out of paragraphs (b) through (e) by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms containing this section, with your name, the email address on your account, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, and it does not affect any prior arbitration agreement you accepted for an earlier order. We will confirm your opt-out by email and keep a record of it.

(g) No changes during a dispute. We will not change this section in a way that applies to a claim of which you have already given notice under paragraph (a), and any change we make to this section applies only to claims arising after the change takes effect and after notice as section 15 provides.

(h) Governing law and courts. Arizona law and applicable federal law govern these Terms and any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Any matter that this section allows to be brought in court, other than a small claim, will be brought only in the state or federal courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and Peptidology consent to their jurisdiction; this does not take away any non-waivable right you have under the consumer law of the state where you live.

(i) Survival and severability. This section survives the end of your account and of these Terms. If any part of it other than paragraph (d) is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest applies.

15. Changes to these Terms

In plain English

  • We can change these Terms.
  • For changes that reduce your rights we post the change here and email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Changes that only give you more are effective when posted.
  • A change never applies to an order you placed before it took effect.

We may change these Terms. A change that reduces your rights or adds to your obligations takes effect no sooner than 14 days after we post it on this page and email account holders at the address on their account; a change that only adds to your rights, corrects a mistake in your favour, or is required by law takes effect when posted. Using the Site after a change takes effect means you accept it for your use of the Site; agreeing at checkout means you accept it for that order. No change applies to an order you placed before it took effect, and no change applies to a dispute of which you had already given notice under section 14. If you do not agree with a change, close your account before it takes effect.

16. General

In plain English

  • This document plus the pages it names is the whole agreement.
  • We can transfer the agreement if the business is sold; you cannot transfer your account.
  • If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Things outside our control, like carrier failures or disasters, can delay us; we are not liable for that delay.
  • How to reach us is at the end.

These Terms, with the Return Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Peptidology about the Site and your orders and replace every earlier agreement and understanding between us about them. You may not assign or transfer your account or these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of our business, and will tell you if we do. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. If a court or arbitrator finds a term unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the smallest extent needed and the rest stays in force. We are not liable for failing or delaying to perform because of events outside our reasonable control, including carrier failures, supplier shortages, outages, strikes, weather, disasters, epidemics or acts of government; our obligations are paused for the duration and we will perform as soon as we reasonably can. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship. Headings and summaries are for convenience. Sections 3, 5 (store credit), 7 and 10 to 16 survive the end of your account or of these Terms.
