Google Merchant Center: We participate in Google Merchant Center to list our products on Google Shopping and related services. Google Merchant Center allows us to provide up-to-date product information to Google so that our items can appear in shopping results and ads. In the course of using Merchant Center, we may share certain data with Google, such as product details, pricing, and inventory, as well as transactional information like order confirmations for purchases originating from Google platforms. This means that if you discover our products via Google (for example, through a Shopping ad) and make a purchase, Google may receive information about that transaction for analytics and verification purposes. Google may collect data about your interactions with our product listings (such as click data) and any purchases made, in order to track conversion rates and ensure compliance with their policies. We do not provide Google with any more personal information than is necessary to facilitate these listings and ads. Any personal data that Google collects via Merchant Center or related ad services (like your Google account information or payment info if using Google services) is handled according to Google’s own privacy terms.
Facebook and Instagram (Meta Pixel): We use the Meta Pixel (formerly known as the Facebook Pixel) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram) to help us with advertising and analytics on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel is a snippet of code on our site that collects information about your activity on our website and sends it to Meta.
This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram ads and to reach you with relevant ads on those platforms. For example, if you visit our site and view a particular product, the Pixel will note that activity. Later, you might see an ad for that product (or our brand in general) when you use Facebook or Instagram. All data we send to Meta is hashed (encrypted) and matched by Meta to user profiles in a privacy-protective manner; we do not see individual user identities through this process. Meta uses the data in accordance with its own Data Policy. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from us on Facebook and Instagram by adjusting your ad preferences on those platforms. Meta also offers settings (like the “Off-Facebook Activity” tool) that allow you to disconnect your off-platform activity from your profile.
TikTok Pixel: Our site uses the TikTok Pixel, a similar tool provided by TikTok Inc., to assist with advertising campaigns on the TikTok platform. The TikTok Pixel is code embedded on our site that can track certain actions you take (such as viewing a product or completing a purchase) and report those events to TikTok. This data helps us measure ad conversions and retarget ads to interested customers on TikTok. Intercom (Customer Support Chat): We utilize Intercom, Inc.’s customer messaging platform on our website to provide live chat support and customer service assistance. This may include your name, email address (if you provide it or if it’s associated with your account), and the contents of your messages. Mixpanel is obligated to protect the data it processes for us and not to share it. In short, if we are legally compelled to share your data or if sharing is necessary to prevent harm or illegal activity, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws.

Users Under 18 (Children’s Privacy)
